| A: | We will be flexible to accommodate your specific needs.

| Q: | May I pick up the items myself? |
| A: | At this time, we do not offer self pick-up. To take the stress out of traveling with little ones, our goal is to have your equipment delivered and set up so you won't have to worry about it.

| Q: | Is all of the equipment cleaned and sanitized prior to delivery? |
| A: | Yes, every item is inspected and sanitized before and after each rental. We use a sanitizer that disinfects and deodorizes without chlorine bleach.

| Q: | Do you offer discounts for extended stays or multiple items? |
| A: | Absolutely! Please contact us by phone to discuss the options. We want to make your trip as affordable and hassle-free as possible, and customer service is our number one priority.

| Q: | How do I know the equipment is safe? |
| A: | We carry only quality, brand-name equipment and all of our items are JPMA (Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association) certified. We promptly send in all warranties so we can be notified of any recalls or safety issues. In addition we track all recalls on the consumer reports website. Your child’s safety is our primary concern. We can provide you with any brand or model information.

| Q: | Are you able to meet us at the GRR airport? |
| A: | We will make arrangements to meet you at the airport if necessary. However, West Michigan Baby and Beach Rental will not install car seats. We must have your travel itinerary and transportation information prior to your arrival.

| Q: | Should I wash the linens after the rental period? |
| A: | No, we will wash the linens after they are returned.
|
| Q: | Is there a minimum time I have to rent the equipment? |
| A: | There is a three-day minimum charge for full-sized cribs. All other items can be rented on a per-day basis. There is a $35 minimum order.

| Q: | What if I need to cancel my order? |
| A: | If you need to cancel your order, please notify us right away. Cancellations within 48 hours from scheduled delivery will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

| Q: | May I add additional equipment to my order during my visit? |
| A: | We will do our best to deliver additional items upon your request if those items are available.
|
| Q: | In what condition should I return the equipment? |
| A: | We will completely clean the equipment after your rental. We do ask that you return the equipment wiped free of any crumbs. Please clean any spills or accidents when they occur to prevent permanent damage or stains to the equipment.

| Q: | What are your delivery policies? |
| A: | Charges include Drop off and Pick up. We try to pick up between 9 - 1 on the day of departure.
